MR. JOE CHOW
Co-founder
Joe is one of the founders of AVT Design. He graduated from The City University of New York with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture. He is a member of The Hong Kong Institute of Architects and a Registered Architect in Hong Kong.
Joe has participated in various consultancy projects located in Hong Kong, China, and the Asia Pacific Region. He plays a key role in developing various teams at AVT to serve numerous global clients, particularly in Chinese cities.
MR. PATRICK NGAN
Director of Global Office
Patrick is the Director of our consultancy arm for global development. He graduated from The City University of New York with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture. He has worked in Hong Kong since 1996 and participated in various roles in the construction industry.
Patrick has extensive experience in project management for fit-out projects, especially in the high-end retail area. He leads numerous high-profile retail fit-out projects, and his experience covers the Greater China region, Asia Pacific region, and beyond.
MS. KINKI LOU
Managing Director
(Corporate Development)
Kinki is our AVT Group Managing Director (Corporate Development). She joined AVT in 2012 and was promoted to Executive Director in 2024. She graduated from Tongji University with a major in civil engineering and holds a QS certificate from Mainland China.
She has been leading our luxury retail consultancy projects across Mainland China for over 12 years. In 2025, Kinki further extends her contribution to us by developing our consultancy and construction business, as well as client network, across our offices in Mainland China.
MR. MITCHEL SQUIRES
Design Director
Mitchel joined AVT as Design Director and partner of AVT Studio in 2018. He graduated in 2006 from The University of Newcastle with a Master of Architecture with Honors, after completing his Bachelor of Design (Architecture) program in 2004.
His strong portfolio in luxury brands and residential design led him to launch our architectural and interior design studio, focusing on high profile interior and architectural design projects across Southeast Asia, Australia, India, and the Middle East.
